This is a quick afternoon snack that is simple and very tasty. Just cut up some fresh strawberries, put a dollop a thick cream and then drizzle good quality honey on them.

Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana
115 butter, at room temperature
150g sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
215g plain flour
1 teaspoon salt

To make the cheesecake I just used the filling in this tart recipe from joyofbaking.com, the rest is a simple base. I also didn’t use raspberries because we don’t have any and if I find some they are usually frozen so instead I used strawberries.
