The original recipe doesn’t have orange but I added it as an extra flavor.
Cake can be made to a day ahead; keep, covered, in fridge.

I used honey from bees who fed on orange blossoms. This is a heavy tasting cheesecake but worth it, keeps well in the fridge. I suggest you keep the garnish in an individual dish and used when needed.
