This recipe is an adaptation from the one on this blog that used raspberries instead of blackberries. This is quite a lovely light and moist cake.
Ingredients:
150g unsalted butter, softened
100g caster sugar
100g brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
200g natural yoghurt
100g self raising flour, sifted
150g almond meal
3 small yellow peaches, peeled, diced

You will need one large (230g) overripe banana for this recipe.
Ingredients:
125g butter
½ cup (125ml) milk
2 eggs
1 cup (220g) sugar
½ cup mashed banana
1 ½ cups (225g) self-raising flour (if none add 3 teaspoons of baking powder to plain flour)
