This cake is wonderful with ice-cream (I ate it with chocolate chip mint ice-cream) and I recommend eating it slightly warm.
Serves: 8-10

Perfect cake if you are having a good or bad day (they should call them happy cakes!) and heavenly if eaten straight from the oven (you can warm them later if needed in the microwave). Don’t forget the vanilla ice-cream!

This recipe is an adaptation from the one on this blog that used raspberries instead of blackberries. This is quite a lovely light and moist cake.
